Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in 50% of the cost being charged, unless I am able to fill the appointment. I will make every effort to try and fill the space, but if this is not possible, please be aware of the fee due.

If you fail to show to your appointment with no notice given, I will unfortunately have to charge the full price of your treatment.

Please appreciate that failure to notify me has a significant impact on my business, and my ability to offer the appointment to a client on my waiting list.
